Hey everyone, got a little bit more done on the talion tonight.

Replaced all the arms with rpm arms.
Installed steering plates
new bearings in all the hubs.
Put the sway bars in and installed HR covers.
Replaced all the plastic spacers and e-clips with metal washers.

Should have axle pins and hub pins in the next few days, I was missing a couple.
Ordered some e-revo wheels and backflip lp’s.
Also ordered fasteners for the center brace and extra fasteners for the few striped motor mount slider cap screws in my cars. Ordered some stainless torx ones from China. Hopefully with the torx they won’t strip. If they do ??‍ oh well. They were inexpensive.

I’m gonna be rebuilding the front and rear diffs in the next few days and glue the tires and stuff when they come in. Will keep you guys posted with any new progress for those interested ?

Getting closer to being done...

Working out a few kinks.. but it’s getting there.

Waiting for backflip lp tires ... got the wheels today tho..

Backflips mounted, no glue yet.

Haven’t decided weather to tape them and vent the outside and tape the holes

Or use fishing line on them and vent them?

What’s everyone’s thoughts ?

Took out the max8 combo today... it was doing this strange hesitation thing when I hit the throttle. Don’t know if one of the caps is going out or something ? So I swapped in a blx 185 2050 motor with a different max 8 to see if it will improve. I also took out the toro motor from the typhon because last time I ran it for some reason it just kept getting hot. I will test the max 8 combo in the typhon for awhile to see if it does the same thing it was doing in the talion... If it is maybe I’ll contact HW and see if they can warranty it..
