Kraton Tekno shocks for kraton

Hi guys, I need your help for the replacement of the arrma kraton's stock shocks with the tekno one. I see on other topics that fix the Eb48. 3 shocks but now it's discontinued and it's difficult found them so do you think even the Eb48. 4 or mt410 shocks are quite the same and I can use them for my kraton? Thanks.

I don't know if you have a v1, v2 or v3. I am not sure what the eye to eye dimension is for the V3 but I imagine it's the same as the v1 and v2. Below is a thread where I dimensioned the Tekno shocks as well as most of the Arrma shocks. You should be using the 122mm Tekno shocks for your fronts and the 137mm for your rears. There are some differences in the shock components though, like the MT410 and SCT410 shocks come with plastic caps and the ET48 and EB48 shocks come mostly or fully upgraded. With the plastic caps they will work just fine though. Also, I'm not sure what springs each shock set comes with.

Rear: AR330251 142mm

122mm: ET48.3 front, NT48.3 front, EB48.4 front, NB48.4 front, MT410 front, SCT410.3 rear, EB48SL rear
137mm: ET48.3 rear, NT48.3 rear, EB48.4 rear, NB48.4 rear, MT410 rear

V3, i read on other post you have to made a hole of 4 mm. I m interested in how this shocks are made, I will buy the mt410 and at least I change the plastic cap with the aluminum one, thanks for the info.

If you are running v3 Kraton, the shocks are already better than the Tekno’s. Heavier spring than the Tekno orange, 4mm shafts, I would just change the plastic top cap to aluminum, change out to a heavier fluid, different valving, and be good. HTH

My shock caps are aluminum. Aren’t yours?

The MT and SCT come with plastic caps while the EB and ET come with aluminum caps.
