That fan is made buy a company called "Big Ass Fans" and I've actually had the opportunity to work with them in the past on a couple projects years ago. They make imo the best agricultural fans for covered arenas and riding rings of anyone out there. Great company to work with.

A bunch of the buildings that I design have these fans in them. They are so big that the steel joists and structure actually have to be beefed up to accommodate them. Awesome fans though.
