Kraton That small rubber piece that is in the top of the shock cap?

Does anybody know what that part is called? Bent a shock cap, ordered new caps, realized I need that small rubber/plastic piece that goes into the shock cap hole. (Not the oil cap inside the shock)

Old post.....Its called a shock Diaphram or also a shock Bladder.
