So foolish me decided to convert my outcast 4s tk a kraton 4s v1.5 with the typhon chassi. 100$ to get it done. Suprise suprise. The diff sits deeper by 2mm on the outcst 4s chassis vs the 3s chassis. So unless i forcelly screw it on. These parts are not compatible. Im so pissed off right now. I really just want to sell everything. Thats how mad i am. Theres 0 reason to have done this. Atrma knows very well people like to make frenkeistain stuff with their rcs. You can make a kraton with the infraction chassis any combinaison of the 6s line will fit. I though it would be the same with these 4s trucks. Nope. I feel like i bought a traxxas
Worst part they could have changed the shape of how the gearboxes thread into 4 bolts instead of 3. This is pretty much predatory. Im sure theres people who though they could make extra long vendettas with the 4s v2 chassis. Just to get their idea shattered when they realize they got owned big time
I had little bumps oon one side of the chassis i trimmed that down still doesn't sit flush
