Good start!! Might as well save or sell that HR chassis brace. It won’t clear those PP shafts.

Depends on how often and how hard you crash.
Here's how I see it: with the Scorched CF chassis, I'm not using anything else. No braces, no T2T or center torsion brace. I have the torsion brace, but I removed it after a little while because I didn't feel like it was adding much, structurally. It looks better with it installed, but I don't mind not having to mess around with it when taking the car apart and putting it back together. The chassis is so stiff I feel confident in its ability to survive most any crash. I think the aluminum plates have a greater chance of taking damage than the chassis. If you're running one of the available aluminum chassis, I'd say run a T2T or torsion brace and skip the chassis braces. But that's just me...YMMV.
None that I'm aware of (not saying none exist, I'm just not aware of any if there are). Skip the braces. You won't need 'em with that chassis.

I’m not going to run them I’m going to run the top plate instead.
You can run the stock rear brace if you get silly with a dremel. That’s about it though.

Started tearing down the donor vehicle to swap over parts. Doing the front end first.

Don’t forget to add shims behind the outer bearing if needed. Since you have it apart.

I’m about 95% done just eating in M2C shock standoffs and figure out what receiver (Futaba) I’m going to use. Went with a 30t pinion to start see where that takes me in 8S.

Had some time this morning so I finished up got programming done tested everything. Ready to go just waiting on the gyro to get here. Going to start with a 30t pinion and 4S for a 1 battery pack before I go to 6S.

I would not recommend that high of tooth if you are bashing, so hope that is for speed running only.

I run 26t/28t in my infraction with 1650kv figured 30t would be a staring point with 1260kv motor.
