Got it all back together. Just need to get some new velcro for the batteries, new rear shocks, and reinforce the new body. I opted to straighten the rear tower in hopes that m2c drops theirs soon. Also need to get a rear chassis brace as well...somehow i have 2 rears for the kraton!

Had to replace the rear diff housing so I'll need to get another spare to have on hand.

It looks a lot cleaner and it feels pretty solid.

During the process I was able to do some soul searching...gonna really go for the wheels down approach to sending it. We'll see how it goes.

I keep saying that I should try landing on my wheels but don’t hold me to it.

Yeah I hear ya. When you are in deep reflection...aka major repairs, you start feeling drivers remorse and begin contemplating how you are going to be a better driver. Psshh never turns out like you plan it.

:cry::mad::mad:...got a delivery notification from JRC for the rest of the parts I ordered to finish the Outcast....I think the mailman put them in the wrong box because mine is empty!!!!

I hate when that happens. I have USPS Daily Digest which emails me my daily mail contents, and every time I have a check coming, it gets delayed a day. If the email says it’s coming today, it won’t be there until the day after. And it’s never junk mail or bills that get delayed. Just checks.

We know where their priorities are!

And this is why I use a free p.o box system that Canada Post implemented. Delivered to a post office 2 minutes away, and I get notified when the packages arrive. Only problem is a lot of companies won't ship to p.o boxes, so works about 90% of the time.

The rest of the parts should be here tomorrow. Test fitting the orange body.
