Typhon The little tinkers journey begins

With the diffs getting checked , front n rear had some , middle empty as it was all over the chassis . So I’m a real fan of the LSD’s , easy to work on and SOOOO smooth . Had trouble getting the front standard one on the tinker smooth , but got there in the end . I always lock my centre diff , but not today . 10thou in rear , 1m centre , 15thou in front . I’m looking forward to experimenting with these . A smidge of grease by arrma from factory . She will be 4s 99% of the time . Let the fun be long and lots of fun at that .

A simply BRILLIANT afternoon with the little tinker 70c 4s . 20t . Mini pin tyres and the new oils , superb , spot of luck is that , but superb she was . Followed by 120c race packs , 2x2s . 20t pinion and standard tyres , the standard tyres allowed for better/easier cornering on the dry grass , moved the rear top arm up a hole to help with preventing roll over …… right up until I hit a tree with front left corner , a swift arm change saw her belting around again , my lawn has gone in the corner sections now . What brilliant , yep , brilliant buggy she is .

Ps . Motor gets hot with the 120c packs , will find my arrma heatsink and little fans to squeeze under the body

She Handled great , really pleased and now won’t need to try different thicknesses , I also adjusted the shocks , Arms sit level with spring adjustment when fully loaded , droop screws screwed all the way in . Will keep an eye out for a 4s 120c cnhl race pack also , they really pack some punch

4s and 20t . 6s and 14t . As the weather was so nice , thought I’d play all day . For me once more , don’t know why I need convincing , 4s n 20t and 120c race packs , its brilliant . Less of a thud when I hit head on into a tree , it also never fails to impress on how far these toys flip when it goes wrong , they seem to speed up a great handling buggy thats a tank too . The chassis is bent , just a tad , could be the tree hits ? Time to go TLR chassis
