That depends entirely on how you look at it. To some, winter isnt a deterrent, its a new set of challenges. FYI, ice drifting is, shall we say, "interesting".Nah, the BIGGER winter problem is that you are not going to be able to use it for many months.![]()
It would also depend on the rig, in this case, I highly doubt he's going to take his limitless out in the snow. That depends entirely on how you look at it. To some, winter isnt a deterrent, its a new set of challenges. FYI, ice drifting is, shall we say, "interesting".
That still depends on the person. He may not take it out in the show, but, i know a few guys around here that would. They are working on a local ice drifting league, and a couple of guys here have Felonies, Limitless, and Infraction's that they run in snow quite often. Around here, people seem to have the attitude that, cant control the weather, might as well enjoy it. It was below 25 yesterday, and a guy was saying he was doing speed runs in a parking lot for something to do, using a JLB Speed 3 and a Felony. Me, ill stick to running a Slash and Stampede when its above 40.It would also depend on the rig, in this case, I highly doubt he's going to take his limitless out in the snow.
Not going to argue with you with depends on the person. His rig looks like he's spent lots of time and money on it as a speed runner to not take it out in the snow and that was my point. If this was an off-road RC, yeah, sure! Out in the snow it is! If he wants to take it out in the snow, God bless. I was stating the obvious to most people. That still depends on the person. If they do decide to do the snow racing thing, i plan on filming some of it. As for ever owning a Limitless, or anything 4S, 6S, 8S, or 1/8TH or larger scale, ill leave that to others. I stick strictly with 1/10TH scale 2S stuff. Not going to argue with you with depends on the person. BTW, if you ever buy a limitless and take it on the ice or snow, get vid.
