Yes that’s standard on all Arrma RCs.

That's called tow in (Rear). Non adjustable on this (wish it was). If you're talking about camber, that's adjustable by the turnbuckles. Typically for the best traction and cornering so you don't have traction roll happen, most go with -2%.

Don’t worry, its fine out of the box, I wouldn’t bother changing anything.
