ok i believe i figured it out,im thinking when i put the front end back on i tightened up and lower arms to much

First, make sure all (4) Pivot Balls at the Front Uprights/ Hubs are not jammed tight. Even dirt can bind them up, needing a clean out and readjustment from time to time. Or you will be chasing a ghost there, beating yourself up. There needs to be total free play steering, Lock to Lock. L-R. Disconnecting the servo altogether to do this.
Only then do a ST Endpoint adjustment at the radio with servo attached. Fundamental RC stuff.
