Kraton Throttle and Motor Issues on Keaton 6s

I wouldn't spend any time or money on a replacement Spectra electronics. Too many better options out there, that will work better, and cause fewer headaches.

not heard of any trouble with the new black ESC and it will wire up to his spektrum motor if he gets any other ESC he will have to get adapters

I’m sure many have had this issue So I just took my Keaton 6s out after not using it for a couple months so I charged my batteries and it was working fine for about 4 minutes then it just came to a stop with no throttle inputs working I thought maybe it was just my batteries so I changed it out for a newer set and it won’t even do start up beeps or anything the esc fan spins motor fan spins I checked bullet connectors to motor hense why the wire shielding are ripped back I was checking to see if a bullet connector had come un soldered they are all still connected though I am really stumped on this one ( I have had an issue in the past with the top faze/ motor wire did disconnect I resoldered it and it has been working since then till today any tips helpful thank you

I did the rebinding and it still does the same thing wheels turn but no throttle

I feel you need to recalibrate the esc again...I had one out the box with the same issue. So would be acc and decel endpoints etc here's a video with the 3s should be the same kind of thing hope this helps

like said above when you turn the ESC on the green light just flashes slowly you can't recalibrate it no matter which button's you press the green light just keeps flashing

I will give it a try but my esc doesn’t blink red it’s a green blink

I’m going to re try to calibrate it but the first time I did it like ur saying it did not let me calibrate it when the green light was blinking but maybe I did something wrong im far from perfect

No one on here is perfect bud, you’ll figure it out, just gotta keep trying. We’ve all been there. I had this happen once and my throttle trim wasn’t 0 out. I was chasing my tail forever.

I know the trim is good because I was using the car right when it shut off and the trim is under a cover not able to be just moved not saying trim is my issue here but yeah I gotta just keep trying things people suggest

When ever I’m stumped I try disassembling and reassemble. Fresh start, fresh battery. I’m not too familiar with spectrum stuff, but on my castle I had a software update go bad and I had to wipe it and reinstall the firmware.

Only thing I can think of besides something is just cooked is this bullet connection I re soldered a while back could be an issue but the connection is strong and it doesn’t budge

I mean yeah it bound I have steering just no throttle and when I try to recalibrate the throttle it doesn’t do anything esc just blinks a green light

Is there anyway to reset the ESC to factory settings and start again? Don't know if you can update the firmware... might help to start from a clean slate

he can't it just flashes green no matter what he does I've had a few that's done if over the years

A green flashing led on the esc means that it’s in programming mode… maybe the SET button on the power switch is somehow being pressed or stuck in position? Try prying it al little…

All seriousness, have you googled blinking green light in that ESC? Usually can find some info to point you in a direction.
