Ok I need some help. We have been running a Seton 4x4 Mega for quite awhile now. Having a blast. Decided it was time to upgrade to brushless. Bought a Hobbywing max10 ezrun combo with 3652 motor. Also installed an 0.8 mod pinion and spur gear. I got everything installed and the system works but there is a lag in the throttle, takes a second or two to get moving. Won't spin the tires from a stand still. Once it gets moving, it is fast and throttle response is good. Braking doesn't seem to be what it was before. I have tried multiple times to setup the esc with my controller. Using the stock spektrum SLT3 controller. Is there something I missed? Any suggestions? Thanks for the help.
