I am having horrible luck with tires on my Typhon and keep breaking the wheels. First I broke a set of ProLine M2s on the third run with them. Now, my first run with brand new MX28s, cracked 2 wheels. I like to jump it, but not nearly has high as others I see in videos and it's on grass. I have Kraton hubs/hexes/studs to accommodate a larger wheel/tire.

Any suggestions on tires would be greatly appreciated!

Some folks wont run in freezing or below. But even in the 40s those rims were iced up. (y) . And jumps didn't help much.

Ice means the rims are 32 or less.
Don't judge how you drive by how YouTube drives, they may show the crazy stuff but don't show the wreckage.
The proline wheels are already fairly well built and shouldn't give much issue in most cases. Maybe it's time to look at how they are being driven and where the rigs boundaries lie.
And what's the size of the sends? Recently a member said not big then said 15' high later.

I'm guessing it was the cold. I think I sent it 6'-7' when they broke. I've sent it +20' with my buggy tires many times with no issues, they do have solid wheels though.

Yeah the cold weather can really make plastic brittle, I have other plastic items that have cracked super easy in cold weather. I won’t take my Typhon out in the cold as I don’t want to break anything overly easy. I’ve wanted to take it out in snow, but I know I’ll snap the wing or wing mounts or something  . I think a lot of the youtube videos tend to make bashing seem larger than life, but there is a lot of risk with those big jumps.
