I am wondering what size hole and what tool you guys use for venting.
Also would it be better to use bigger holes or more holes on say back flips vs typhon tires? I usually use a 1/8” bit 4 times on big tires 2 on buggy size. Helps but still have blow outs

I use an EC5 bullet and sharpen the inside with a utility knife while it spins in the drill. ?

1/8th is slightly smaller but good enough, file down one side to sharpen.

What kind of tire do you run and how many holes do you put

Really? I thought that would be too big, but that’s why I was asking for everyone’s opinion How many holes?

1 hole over each rim hole 180° apart for a total of 2 on the 6s rigs and 4 holes in the 8s. I also use gorilla tape over the hole in the rim.

Yep that will work fine after you sharpen an end of it. I do 4 holes equally around.
I sharpened it with a razor blade. Made perfect holes

Worked great ? It was dark when I got done. I’ll try them out after work today
My vent holes were way too small judging from what you guys are using. This is a great Forum!!!!!!

If the tires are taped inside would you still put holes in them?
Yes, I gorilla tape the rim hole and add holes to the outside of the tire
