Arrma RC's
almost done waiting! New 2018 kraton been almost 2 months and no parts. I need a front and a rear shock shaft. 4mmx62.5
4mmx73 I’m gonna guve then two more weeks and if no improvement this things going down the road. What good is a car with no parts and I know all about the new owner, and don’t care went through this when I raced Durango.

I don't even have Arrma shocks on my Arrma anymore, I went with some Tekno kitted shocks off Dollar Hobbyz(at the time there was no V3 with 4mm shock shafts). And I'll have to do some digging but Vas from Aussie RC Playground has some Turnigy shocks that he runs on his Outcast. As soon as I find out which ones I'll post a link to the video and the shocks here.

https://hobbyking.com/en_us/1-8-alu-shock-absorber-set-126mm-2.html?___store=en_us can't complain about $16 a pair for shocks.

I wish I would have known about these before I spent over $100 on the Teknos.

Well... as Vas also said after test-driving these shocks - they are a bit too short for the Outcast.
However, I think they do have the right length (front as well as rear) for the 2018 Talion.

I ended up buying a rear set of talion shocks to get my kraton back on thr road replacing the front shocks (bent the crap out of one amd broke off thr lower eye).....I too wish I knew about this whole no parts thing before buying mine

I was able to get a pair of shock shafts (front 4mm) from Hobby Town it took a few weeks, but they did come in after I put them on backorder. Otherwise you can buy full shock sets on eBay. I too ran some 1/8 scale buggy shocks for a month or so when I first bent my shafts, but the Arrma one's are so much better.

I to am tiered of waiting for parts got kraton and a typhon I got talion shocks of eBay for parts it’s getting old

Be prepared to open your wallets.

You will also need M4 lock nuts one per shock, TKR5527 shock standoffs one pair front and rear and a 4mm drill bit to drill out the holes in your shock towers.
The SCT410 shocks are too short for the Outcast and Kraton, they might work on the Typhon and Senton I'm not sure. MT410 shock kits have plastic caps, plastic shock collars, plastic cartridge caps and only come with molded pistons.

The shock bodies are different colors between the kits.
From left to right Tekno MT410(gunmetal gray), Tekno BN48.3(gunmetal silver), Arrma shocks, Tekno ET48.3(gunmetal green).

The rear shocks are 5mm shorter and the fronts are 3mm longer measured eye to eye but I have been running these for a while now without any issues.
