how much did your used rc go for im trying to sell my typhon 3s with upgrades if you want to see the typhon go to the classfieds to look at the gallery i have posted there
nevermind i dedcided i will keep my typhon for a build

If you car is in very good shape, start with 2/3 new value. Aftermarket stuff adds very little, unless you have something really special. For aftermarket, maybe add about 1/3 to 1/2 new value, if they are name brand upgrades.

 

[Be Ready]

Taking time to get quality pictures is important also. Not just throwing it in a tub with other debris. Just saying.

Clear pictures of everything
Full disclosure of everything broken/missing
Know exactly what you want for it
Understand shipping

You need more experience selling, when you’re all over the board with price, trade, shipping etc.. It gives the impression that you most likely didn’t maintain that thing very well.

I sold more new RCs than I have fingers and toes, take very good care of my stuff but always take a big hit when sold. I'd say around 40 to 50% hit, used RC just doesn't seem to hold high resale value, at least for me.
