Kraton Too much Shimming?

Hey so I shimmed my diffs and installed aluminum diff housings from hot racing, now my kraton is locking up and coming to a stop and I think the rear diff is locking up cuz I put two shims in the diff to move it towards the input gear. The whole car seems to lock up so im wondering if the center diff is somehow locking up....

Take the rear diff housing off the chassis and look thru the bottom hole. Check the pinion and ring gear for gear lash. It should make a tiny tick noise going back and forth and not be super tight.

Very possible, people tend to shim the cr@p out of everything. Take them apart and you should have minimal play.

Loose the motor and roll the car back and foward should have 0 resistance almost
