Built the Talion with Momba monster 2200kv with 16 tooth pinion. Diff fluid, center 500,00, front 200,000 and rear 100,000. Runs around 70 mph but wheelies like crazy and doesn't turn good while on the throttle. I'm thinking I over did diff fluids. What y'all think?

Thinner diff oil will work against unlike wheelys. Also pushing over the front wheels in the curve.
you has a relative thick oil in the center diff. On the Nero is -> Center diff locked = Wheely mode!

You can also work against the negative points in the curve with suspension and setup (°) of the front wheels.
Turn the wheels a little more together but you will also get a little less stability if you are driving straight.
One point more are the settings of the ESC. Set the push settings a little lower.
Or maybe your transmitter allow you settings like triggered throttle which the Kopropo Helios has....
Other tires, inlays of them too hard, and, and and..
There are so many points which you can work around, but it is difficult to suggest, when you not have seen how the car is running.
