Our sons brand new Vorteks BLs is now not working! New Christmas Day, has worked twice. The red and blue light is consistently on, stating that the reverse is active. Help! Cheers, Marina.

@Redheadsfarm start by making sure the batteries in the transmitter and Vorteks are all fully charged. Then try re-binding your transmitter to the receiver.

How to bind your Arrma receiver and transmitter

    1. Press and hold bind button on receiver.
    2. Turn on your Arrma Vortek.
    3. Receiver LED will start to blink, indicating the receiver is in bind mode.
    4. Turn on your transmitter, wait a few seconds.
    5. The LED on your receiver will stop blinking and binding should be complete.
Turn everything off and back on again then check again.

Many thanks! Will get the lads to try!

Nope. Still not running. Power to the machine, wheels will turn quickly, though it will not go in forward or reverse
