Tower Hobbies loyalty points disappear?

Had 800ish points and went to use it and it’s gone? Go to my points and it shows this, but I never ordered anything the 22nd.

If you truly didn’t order anything the 22nd then follow up with them otherwise it looks like 750 points were applied for a $15 discount. Nothing should expire (within reason, I guess) - even if your super saver club expired you wouldn’t lose your points.

The thought crossed my mind, but I checked my recent orders and there was nothing.

Really want to grab a MMX8s with the holiday code and my points cause it seems like they never go on sale anymore.

Update, tower couldn’t figure out why they disappeared on the 22nd, but they put them back so all is well.
