I love this truck. But I keep breaking bulkheads. I think it needs thicker oil in the shocks and maybe harder springs. I have over $1k in it already, so I don't want to shell more $ out. For some reason I'm one of the few with the bulkhead issue. Maybe it's just me.
Upgrades : $100 roll cage (protects the body and stops the body from flying off), Pro-Line 3.8 tires (the smaller ones. Way better than the stock ones), Max 8 ESC (way better than the stock one), Traxxas aluminum hubs in the front and rear, Traxxas aluminum C hubs, all steel driveshafts (one left rear one is slightly bent), GPM spur gear cover and motor mount (the stock plastic stuff kept shifting, damaging the gears), brand new Traxxas TX and RX from my XRT. Brand new Bluetooth module installed inside the radio. I'll include the 6000mAh Zee 6s battery that has like 5 runs through it. HR battery strap and another battery strap across the battery (I did a small opening on the side of the chassis for the smaller secos strap, but it's not an issue). I installed those straps because my battery kept getting ejected. Brand new front lower bulkhead (I will also throw in an extra front bulkhead brand new assembly in package), brand new rear bulkheads. E Revo 2.0 17mm aluminum wheel hubs (so that the aluminum driveshafts can be used, and they are better than the plastic stuff). I will also include 3 extra brand new wheel hubs (one I used to replace the stripped one that I messed up). I have a brand new Vivaton motor mount that I will include ( it cost me $50. It can be used for the stock motor and the bigger 6s Arrma motors if you want to go 6s or bigger motor). I used one blue lower control arm, so I'll throw in the extra 3 that I have.
The body is still in pretty good shape thanks to the roll cage. Any questions ask away. Or pm me. Thanks!
