Senton Traxxas Stampede shock guards

I'm new to posting so I hope this works. I fitted Stampede shock guards to my Senton Mega 4x4 today. The work perfect! I used the supplied wider shock pivot ball and I had to drill a hole in the bottom of the guard itself. I also drilled a hole in the A arm and used am M3 x 10 button socket head screw with flat washer I had laying around to support it from underneath. Seems to work greatso far!

Was thinking of using these on my Granite as I got a pair just lying around.

You should mount them on the other side of the a arms, they don't do any good on the back of the a arm.

They are mounted on the front of the A arms. This is the front suspension, not the back.

Speaking of that, one of the shock guards for my Granite came screwed on the back of the shock somehow. This was straight out of the box lol. Took me a run or two to realize the guard was on the wrong side. That was my first bit of wrenching I did on this truck.
