Granite Truck wont take off

Brand new granite will not spin the tires for a second after squeezing accelerator? Squeeze it all the way truck rolls a few feet and then goes balls to the wall?

That's normal for a sensor less brushless motor.
The only thing that will help a little is to turn the punch level up.
