Lately I came up with the idea to truggify my V3 Typhon. Thing is, I don't know what I need to change to truggify it. Does anyone have experiences with this? What new parts do I need, and do I need to change setups?

i run 2.8 badlands handles like a pro, not sure if it’s wide like a truggy but it’s wide enough for clearito run these Mx 28

Either go for the extenders or order stubs, axles and hubs from a kraton. No need for dogbones. There are already a few threads on here.
