Kraton Turn buckle being consumed from front wheels after just one session

Hi everyone.
I just noticed that my front turn buckles plastic are staring to be heavily consumed from just 1 bushing session. I did messed up with the measurements prior this happening as i wanted to make the toe adjustment . Can you please help me to understand what is the best length between the two plastic ball mounts? And why the plastic is consumed from the front wheels?maybe i unscrew the buckles too long?

This is not too much of a problem. It happens on a lot of RCs. You shouldn't need to adjust the turnbuckles. If you want to help stop this from happening, you can try tightening the servo saver

If your RC is V4+, you do this by fitting 9/16" (14mm) circlips/snap rings on the servo saver. Watch the video below to see how ?

You can also try turning down the dual rates or end points for your servo on the radio too
