No the aren't functional. But yes they look bad a$$. I think it looks way better and more realistic then the arrma ones. Working on exhaust exit now. The actually spin pretty freely. I hooked up rubber tubing to the outlets and routed it to the esc. Will it to anything? Prob not but maybe at 100mph some extra air will get there.
