So somehow shredded my rear diff only after a month. Any recommendations on upgrades? The parts i need replaced are backordered. Everything is stock currently. Appreciate the knowledge!

Next time verify how tight is your slipper. i found 2 turns back from fully locked to be a good spot

I'm assuming you are talking about Hot Racing and yes a lot of their parts are backordered. Check ebay for a new stock diff. They are fairly cheap. Did you upgrade the fluid or is it stock?

I got the stock set again after it came back in stock at my local hobby store. Stock fluid just put some new grease when reassembling.
