hey guys!
i've started the full disassembly of my typhon 3s
after more than a year it's time for some proper maintenance.

I have a question regarding greases and lubricants.

Is it ok to use multi purpose grease (I have liqui moly) for parts like the wheel hubs, diff case?
Also is it ok to use wd40 silicone lubricant to lubricate rubber sealed ball bearings? I've gotten a new set
Another thing I already have is the green slime for rubber parts.

the only thing I'll buy is of course differential oils.

Thanks for your input!

All sounds good! If the Liqui Moly grease is a synthetic lithium-based grease, it should be perfectly fine. I and lot of others use Lucas Red 'n' Tacky for the diff ring and pinion gears, and I also use it to re-grease bearings

I also use the WD40 Silicone Specialist lube after packing the bearings with grease to reduce the friction the grease creates. Only a drop or two though, or you'll disperse the grease in the bearings. I also use a few drops on the bearings after drying my cars off after a wet run

Green slime (Noleen SF-3) is awesome for o-rings. Pack a fair bit of it in the shock cartridges and at the o-rings behind diff planetary gears. I use Buzzy's Slick Honey instead but both have been great for me
