Well, it's not quite ridged enough to cut an elaborate shape to close out around the back of the splitter support thing. This is the first attempt though.

How did you attach the bottom side of the bumper structure to the chassis? I've been trying to do something similar but I'm not sure if I'm going in the right direction. Think you might show me a pic of the bottom side? Thanks & loving how this is coming together bro!!! Pretty soon imma be about the only one still running an open wheel/ typhon body!Got the splitter on. Waiting on the bumper support so I can install front mounts.

Gonna have to make my own splitter out of pocket like I did for my infraction, is on infraction. I can take the edge piece off and make a one that fits fairly tight to the wheels and seal off the nose better. I learned from doing the infraction and this one will cover more open space.
I'll take some pics when I get home. It's not the ckeanest on the underside but I may be able to clean it up with some sheet aluminum, that the plan at least. How did you attach the bottom side of the bumper structure to the chassis? I used dividers to layout holes to match where the screws go into the hinge retainer thing. Then used longer screws. I plan on tying it together with some side chassis extensions I'm gonna make. I could actually show you exactly where to drill the holes latter, just by counting the honey comb design on the splitter. How did you attach the bottom side of the bumper structure to the chassis? Okay, I was heading in the right direction. I cut those outer tabs off & shaved some of that honeycomb off to get it to lay flatter. I was going to use the holes by the arrows, but I'll use the ones like you did & go up thru that hingepin retainer. Is it sheetmetal??@K-BASH @LibertyMKiii check this out!! It's coming out a little better than I thought it would. Put some offset breaks in it to stiffen it and get it to set inside the body a bit more

It lives on my front porch. @K-BASH yeah its aluminum. Not really sure of the thickness roughly 24ga equivalent if it was steel.

Thanks liberty. I did keep a pattern for it.I bet you could sell those.
Nice work man!
You should keep patterns for all your work...you make excellent stuff. If you had the time you could make a good bit on EBay selling your designs (I think I've said this before LOL). There's probably a good market for people looking to make Typhon and Talion chassis into GT or rally instead of having to go the Limitless/Infraction/Felony route. I prefer the SWB cause its lighter and I don't get all the drive train issues with the shorter shaft length. Thanks liberty. I did keep a pattern for it.
