Typhon 6s punch setting

Hi
I have a typhon 6s v4 all stock except the radio(tactic)
Drive just 4s.
My question is what is the recommend punch setting?
Now the car is on stock that lvl 4 can i change it lowers to 1 or 2 did it “more good” to the battery and Esc?

If you have a decent throttle control, just set it to 9 and "punch" it yourself. if you're still learning then keep it at 4, if you're treating the throttle as an on/off switch, then set it to 1

1 to 9 determine the amount of amps coming out of the Esc to the motor?

The punch setting just eases into full throttle instead of it being instant. The lower the number to slower it accelerates. The higher the punch the faster it applies full throttle.
