Does anyone know if the outcast tall side guards fit on typhon? Reason is I’m running 2 venom 5000 50c battery’s which due fit but pushes the shell up and body clips are tight to pull up or push in any thoughts. YouTube kingleo619 I posted my first vids last night to get better idea what I’m talking about.

Had to notch the body to make mine fit. I'm using two powerhobby 5200 mah

Good idea. I haven’t been running mine because the 5300 Jen’s ace batteries that I have make the top not fit. I will see if this will solve that problem.

Adding side guards is will not have any affect on the battery being too tall for the body to fit properly, you need to raise the body or run a smaller battery.

I cut the side of battery tray off and added a piece of plastic screwed it on, batteries are side by side now

I found some outcast tall side guards that will work but need to mod holes for it to fit

Guards never arrived so this what I did and surprisingly it worked
