  3. Typhon Grom
Owning a Typhon 3s made me always liked the Typhon Grom, so it had to happen one day.

As the front shock tower is part of the chassis, I wanted to beef it up with some aluminum:

The fit is great :)

The diffs are pretty, as expected unfortunately, so I gave them a big drop of 10k cst diff oil.

As I don't (want) to own any Spektrum battery, but keep the warranty on the car, I had to make ic2 - deans adapter and it was time to drive.

First drive: 100% on 3s. What a rocket. Crazy.
On 2s it is fast and manageable. It is really nice to drive, it handles really, Arrma did a good job :)

I'd recommend throwing 80-100wt shock oil in the rear to minimize squatting, otherwise just gluing the sidewalls since they're foamless to improve handling further.

Thx for that tip, I noticed that the rear shocks have too little damping.

Received my order from AliExpress today, set of wheels for less then 7 euro's :)

Had to glue them myself, but thats okay. Wheels feel decent, rubber compound is pretty soft and the wheels have foam in them.
