Typhon tire failure

Hey fam ! I was in typhon mode So I grabbed a set of cheap wheels $25 for the set of 4 and glued them up nice nice smacked them on and was thinking wow these look great! Hope they handle some power …………nope …so as far as rubber hoons 5 spoke silver for lot bashing and the white for racing still king ! Plmk if anyone has found anything that compares $ to performance ..thank you

Yeah I use those ..great tires! ..I started speed running with grps before I went to foams I was just searching for a cheap set to beat on

Go with the XM7's for beating. I use them as drifting tires on the Infraction and while I don't drive too often, I haven't burned up a set yet, even with putting on some smoke shows.

Those were the first on road wheels I bought for my Typhon too. Guess they were really only made for some light, brushed set ups. Other than Hoons, GRP makes great 1/8 on road tires comparable in price to Hoons

That’s funny same tires ! Horrible They look great tho! And def agree for a lil brushed “dirty “shelve queen theyd be good
