Recently bought a Kraton v4 from a forum member that has m2c chassis, m2c chassis brace, and m2c towers. I'm tearing it completely down and rebuilding since it was well used. Center diff cup end separated from diff cup. Going with Arrma metal diff cup for center and wondering how important is it to upgrade center dif mount and cover to something like PPS or hot racing (or just new mount and use stock cover)? Or would the composite stock ones be sufficient? I do plan to go 8s electronic in it since member have me a good deal from his 8s outcast. Any input would be appreciated, thanks in advance

You’ll see! Lol. IMO any rotating parts need to be well maintained and upgraded from composite especially when being used at 45-70k rpms!

Does anyone have any opinions on the hot racing diff mout/cover? The piece you bolt to the roll cage of the Kraton??

Yeah same, wanted to know if cover added any benefit beside looking nice or the H shape diff bracket is enough? Thanks
