Kraton Upper A-arm grub screw mod

Looks like stock it weighs in at 24.4lbs without batteries. After all the weight we add in upgrades, heavier motors, chassis, ESC's, ETC.. What does yours weigh with batteries and lid ready to run?

Mine weighs in at 29.47lbs.

This was a thread about weight but no one seems to have one.. So, I changed the title with this mod I'm trying out.

I have a set of uppers on order in case I was just the unlucky one with this massive play they have. Drives me nutz!

Drilled into the uppers and drove in some grub screws. They took care of the play but lets see how long that lasts. I left the nuts off the pins so they can pivot with the arms. The pins seem to be holding well with out the nuts, we'll see.

I tried that but it didn't fix the inner pin slop.

I don't know how many of you have replaced your uppers but I just did. They fit how you'd expect them to fit, no play! I fired the other 2 bastids in the trash! Gone!

No. The original arms. I've never broken an upper front.
