I know this has been covered to death but i thought i would put mine out there should it help anyone.
It's as piece of 10mm internal bore aluminium tube with 10mm external bore threaded steel bar. The fit is so snug there's zero slop and the adjuster nuts make the fit perfect and easy to remove and refit.
Both ends of the pipe have been notched to fit the shock tower.
