Kraton V3 shocks

So I finally got my hands on a set of V3 shocks for my V2 Kraton. Main reason I wanted them was for the 4mm shafts. Wanted to know what weight shock oils you guys are running with the V3 shocks ??? .. with my V2 shocks I ran the Tekno orange springs all the way around with 80w front and 70w rear and it worked well. I do a lot of bashing and wanted to see what’s worked for you guys. Thanks in advance
