Finishing up my account todo list. Here’s my v4 Typhon. Ordered some new things lately so I’ll be adding to this build soon. As in the pics it’s full m2c list, basherqueen carbon towers, 4060tp 1950kv, mmx8s. Titanium shafts, turnbuckles and pillow balls, titanium bottom bolt kit. Absolutely tank and wicked fast.

As much or as little as you’d like haha. New 4060cm is on the way with a set of better fans to try out the 2610kv. I just like violent power.

As she sets right now, put her on a diet with these narrower paddles and decided to try all 4 corners. Pps motor mount, new motor and fans and saga 8mm gear, new larger radio box (arrma upgrade), and futaba radio / receiver will be going in soon. And maybe the proline body if I ever get it painted

Motor showed up today, 4060cm with 8mm shaft. When I swap PPS mount in, will be good time to trim the chassis braces to fit the titanium center shafts in. Just waiting on new fans and radio box.

Front shaft actually clears the m2c brace and just bash it one piece servo mount

New fans in, futaba transmitter swapped over, everything tightened down. Just need to solder motor bullets and trim rear brace to throw rear Ti shaft in

Done posting for now, rear brace trimmed, full titanium shafts. Swapped old tires over, like the stance better. Post vids next time I take it for a rip with new 2610kv power. Dropped a couple teeth to help with heat and see how it does.

I'm interested if in your opinion on which motor you like more. I've actually been swapping between a 1717 and a tp 4060 in my talion, 1650kv vs 1750kv on the tp. I feel like the tp motor is quicker but it could be placebo.

Haven’t ran much of either lately cause of weather but I’ll let you know. I have most time with a 4060 1950kv and it was an animal. Got the 1717 in there tho and geared up and it balloon the tires more aggressively for sure on the stand.

Dunno how to post video. In sand uphill. Was too windy today to do good pulls in the wind and in the right direction (headwind) On 6s. Did 69 mph on 8s at half throttle (couldn’t use more throttle it started doing a wheelie right at 69mph. Need to go back out on a calm day to get some real data

Yeah it did sound badass in person haha. I was gonna buy the 1721 but it comes with the 8mm bullets and don’t think I can fit an xlx2 under the body with a swb chassis. When I get closer to 100mph I’ll get higher quality footage.
