Vent holes on wheels

I'm not sure how this will help me.

I mean your tires would be vented lol.

What happens is,debris gets inside tire thou holes in wheels an gets trapped..then the debris tears the foam inserts up an foam inserts go to 1 side in wheels then cause tires to come apart..by venting outside of tires debris Flys out instead of getting trapped..

I'm trying to seal completely. Wheels and tires.
My tires that are vented from the factory, I wont mess with.
But if the tires aren't vented but the wheels are, then I'm sealing the wheels.
