Thanks for the offer but that's ok. I broke enough of them already. I just put the factory plastic ones back in. We are currently testing a kraton set on my brothers truck. So far they are holding up fine.

Yeah, I noticed that the dog bone pins were wearing when using metal outdrives. I thought about fabricating a rubber boot that I could pack some grease in the cup to help cut the wear down. Kinda like a CV boot on a car does.

I have 1 SWX-330661A on my voltage and it works just fine just locktight the...

Sorry to resurrect this post but I've been looking for the SWX-330661A or similar SWX part numbers and everywhere I look it has been discontinued. Anyone still able to get these or am I going to have to use the other two options?

While I haven’t actually purchased any, I’ve spent way too much time researching this topic. I learned that any of the following part numbers will work, with the first one being preferred:

TLR242003
AR310432
HRAAON41C

I ordered theses outdrives from Kraton V5. Model # ARA310977

No one seem to have used these yet. I tried to remove my outdrives, but it seem like they are firmly in place, and not stripped yet.

(1) Can someone measure the shaft hole from a metal cup? I couldn’t take mine off to test if it would fit. The hole is 4.9MM diameter. (See pic). I really want to know if they will mount to the output shaft from the differential.

(2) Can someone with metal cups test to see if you can compress the suspension fully without straining the metal cups? The lean angle on the metal cup is reduced compared to plastic cups. (See pic)

(3) The axle fits perfectly in the shaft.

I couldn’t remove my plastic cups, so it will be some time before I can test theses. I bought them on eBay for $18.
