I was recently in the market for a rustler and stumbled across this i am extremely impressed
I watched no videos or reviews before purchasing and did look at a few after the fact and i am quite happy with it
I haven't done much with the car yet have driven it once on 2s thats all the packs i have and it is quite quick even on 2s
will probably take it apart and check over some stuff youtube has suggested i did cut the plug off and solder a deans on it, since thats what everything i have now has,

im not to sure where to start on some stuff what spare parts i should have on hand or what i should consider upgrading ?

The Vorteks is nice, but you should've changed your battery plugs to EC5s instead of changing your ESC plug to Deans. You have a 100amp ESC and Deans plugs are only rated for 70amps.

thats a fair statement, i will run it as is for now and if i melt a plug revisit it then
there is so much conflicting information on the deans T connector its hard to know what it'll actually handle

Finally got to take it for a drive.
i only have 2s packs. But holy it’s quick still.
I ran it through some trails. Did some jumps. Plenty fast enough on 2s.
And opened it up in a park field.
I was not expecting that on 2s
Wish in noted the runtime. But it seemed pretty good on a 5000ma pack
Deans connector was fine. Surprise surprise
