Kinda new to the RC world and was wondering if anyone knew the rollout for a vorteks 3s and pole count? Trying to setup the spektrum dashboard

Thank you for the info that’s extremely helpful hoping someone has already done it with there’s and will know because you can’t really see the pinion gear to see if your making a complete rotations4 pole.
Roll out in "MM" is measued by rolling the tire/wheel you are running. Roll it against a ruler one full revolution and that is the rollout. Be precise as you can. Do it a few times. This is the circumference of the tire not the diameter. This will provide speed when calcuated along with motor rpms and the final drive ratio. Changing the pinion gear will alter this and needs to be considered.
A GPS speed analyzer is way more accurate. Rollout changes with the speed of the tire. Ballooning will occur with most any tire. So rollout will vary. Some what drastically at times. And the "speed" reading in the Spektrum Dashboard is not quite as accurate as a GPS meter for this reason.
