Hello and thanks for the recording. I'm Alex and I'm from Bavaria. I bought an Arrma Vorteks Boost and immediately converted it with a Hobbywing xerun MAX 10 with 4600kv, since I mostly have 2S I didn't care about the restriction for 2S. I ordered the 4x4 upgrade in Belgium,
so isn't it pretty much identical in construction to the Granite?

Kinda but not really.

Different wheels and tires, Stadium Truck instead of Monster Truck (lighter, lower profile).

Shorter shock towers, and shocks accordingly.

The Brushless Vorteks has updated electronics relative to the brushless Granite. Spektrum ESC and AVC receiver.

Overall, the Vorteks is much more accurately a Stadium Truck, much like the more popular race class from back before Truggys were really a thing; and the Granite is much more a Stunt Truck.

The Vorteks is more of a speed basher that is very good on smoother surfaces.

The Granite is a stunt truck that is not very stable at high speed, but very good at jumps, flips, etc.

I have both and it's pretty cool that they share so many parts, yet they offer a completely different driving experience.
