Water in my tires

I was wondering if anyone had a good way to get the water out of their tires. I have proline trenchers and because of the water in them I have a serious vibration

I would use a needle and see if you could drain the water out by poking a few holes.

I had the same balancing issue when some sand got into my rear tires and shook the car violently at speed.

I had to pull the tires off the rim by setting the wheels in acetone overnight to get the sand out.
