Took my Kraton 6s for its first bash (I wasn't too harsh). Everything went smooth but after the session noticed some wear on the outdrive pins. Should I be concerned? I have added a gpm rear chassis plate protector. Is it because of the additional weight? What can I do to stop the wear?

You’re all good. Some guys Dremel the sharp edge off the slot before they run it. All that is, is the sharp thin edge wearing in. Looks like it’s more than it is.

I’ve kinda been kicking around the idea of trying Teflon pins. It’s softer than steel, hard and to some degree has a self healing effect. It should save the outdrive and last a while I would think. I’d rather change a pin rather than an outdrive.
