Typhon weird sound - typhon 3s

i just swapped the pinion to 18t, fixed the mesh with a piece of paper but there is a lot of grinding sound from the spur. the motor by itself sound fine and it doesn't look like its the bearing in the spur gear, it felt and looked intact. what can it be?

Assuming you're using the correct pitch gears together then it just sounds like normal metal on metal noise to me, ...personally I think it's fine.

Its not the metal spur though... Both 0.8
And the car also drives really slow with a lot of noise

Brand new motor i got as a replacement, never evan ran once so it cant be that

It didn’t sound that bad to me. But if it’s running bad there is something wrong. Have you double checked that the motor bearings are the right size? Were they dry out of the box? Why were they swapped? Any debris in the motor can? Grabbing at straws.

Gear Noise does sound quite normal... tx is on 100% throttle correct?

Solved, had to put new grease all over the diff
