It actually fits pretty snug in the freaking battery tray !!!
Ya
I should have done this looooong ago !!!
This is mo like it plus I can easily see the hex head bolts with my old eyes …
Heck @Diem Turner i havnt stopped staring at the TP motor to open the mount !!!!
Lol
lol...kids. Flip the motor mount. Then you'll have enough room for the motor.Yes the mount is very well machined .
View attachment 256716 It’s challenging with 3 wippersnappers going whats this whats that ?
Oh ….. sorry dad didn’t mean to knock over all the PPS hardware!!!
Ahhhhhh
Anyhooo …..
This obviously isn’t gonna just bolt up in her….
So , am I wrong in thinking either new holes are drilled in chassis for PPS mount to accommodate for the hugeness of the TP motor Or ……
Just get a new aluminum chassis?
And different length front and or rear dog bones ?
…..
Scratching head now in deep thoughts!!!!!
I’ll never look at RC the same !
That’s fer sure !!!

Prezactly. So that the motor is on the right side of the vehicle. It’ll be a while before I can even mess with the Felonaction…
However, when you say flip the mount .
You mean .. turn the entire motor and mount around?
Meaning the motor would actually be turned around?
Rear of can towards rear of vehicle?
I honestly don't even have time to look at it .
Sorry for all the questions

That's awesome. They seem to understand the concept of how to win over new customers. Happy to hear itSo I sent an. Email to just Bach it today asking their opinion on chassis recommendations..
I received a very informative response from Curt at just bash it
He recommended the 6061
Chassis and the JBI XLX2 angle mount .
This guy took time in responding to my questions. Gave alot of iinput and info about the Felonaction build ….
And offered any future help down the road .
I wasn’t even a customer yet and the customer service was awsome!!!
So I ordered the 6061 JBI chassis and a couple other parts this evening
Can’t wait to see this chassis….
Damn, that's a purrrty chassis!!Doooh!!!!
Sheeeeeeet!!!!
I only ordered chassis and rear skids
Just bash it upgraded rears to titanium
And threw in all the JBI products pictured!
And stickers !!!!
That my friends is how you get people to buy more stuff !!!
Well, and quality of course !
Only had a second to mock up PPS mount just for my own personal satisfaction and photo op
Chassis looks tits McGee for sure !!!!

Use just a tiny dab of blue on metal to metal fasteners. That'll keep stuff from vibrating loose.Yes I think it’s pretty slick !
And super shiny!!!!!!
I’ll look at it more this evening.
The machine work looks good !
Just hope this TP motor has enuf power to propel the almost all aluminum “FELONACTION “
(pat pending)
Quick question…..
Should blue locktite be used on mounting motor mount ?
I have a tough enuf time breaking tiny hex head bolts loose with out any kind of thread locker .
Just looking for opinions.
Thanks
