Being only 2s batteries wattage won't be as influential as when you get to 4s lipo and higher. With that in mind I would like to recommend buying a charger that is higher in capabilty, the more future proof the charger the happier you will be down the road if you ever go larger in batteries.

The HTRC C240 is pretty good for the price. It's only 150A on the AC power supply but if you get an external power supply you can get the full 240A that is advertising. Charges up to 10A per channel but you won't get that on both channels are once if just on AC power. The big downside for me is the built in discharger is only good for 2A, so draining lipos you don't end up using takes forever.

Turnigy T240, dual charge and touch screen and good price love it

I've been using a dynamite 4x100/4x10A charger for 3 years. Pretty much runs 100% every time I use it and has yet to let me down. When I started, I was running 2x2S in a 4S truck and would set the charge to 10A on all 4. I still set it to 10A on all 4, but with 3S, it limits itself to around 7.5A because it hits the 100W limit.

It doesn't tell you the IR but will charge nearly anything.
