What can the Hobbywing Programming Box do?

I cant find any decent answer for the capabilities of the Hobbywing LCD programming box pro, other than updating firmware. Theres some vids out there giving it a quick overview, showing it can do what the cards can, and provide some nifty data, but what else can it change? Specifically looking to reduce the max amps allowed on a max10 esc. Any info on this thing?
Have an email with hobbywing as well, but no idea if Ill get an informative reply.

I watched the vid, yea. He flips through the menus and talks about some of its capabilities but didn't scroll all the way through each programming menu. I did see more than what the programming card can do, so Im hopeful, but the entire list wasn't shown. The max10 and programming box manual is absolutely no help either.

I’ll let you know. Currently finishing putting the heavy duty diffs in . Then gotta do metal center diff case as well get the new 800kv motor fully installed . Then the esc programming. I’ll let you known how it goes

Well, Hobbywing got back to me surprising quick and answered the amp limit question, but they also said to check the manual for full details.
A- the g3 has no manual listed. and B- the g2 manual says nothing about capabilities. Sooo.. Thanks Hobbywing, I think?


Hello,

There is no current or RPM limiting available. But you can change/tune any of the settings the ESC has though. Nothing more, nothing less. But there is no current or RPM limit feature specifically.
